Qualification : For agricultural and allied subjects, a Master's degree in the relevant subject. The candidate should have passed the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board (ASRB), New Delhi / UGC / Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) etc, which is mandatory.
Application Fee : A DD for Rs.500/- (Rs.300/- for SC/ST) drawn in favour of "The Comptroller, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore - 641003" payable at Coimbatore.
How to Apply : Completed applications in prescribed format should reach the Registrar, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore - 641003 before 5.00 pm on 25/09/2008. The candidates should specify in the envelope as "Application for the Post of Assistant Professor". Filled in applications in triplicate in complete shape should be submitted before the due date.
