HIPA is an autonomous body of Haryana Government. It is engaged in imparting training to IAS/HCS officers and other officers of State Civil Services. It invites applications for the following posts on contract/deputation basis for a period of three years initially which is further extendable :

9. Associate Professor Law and Constitution : 01 post, Pay Scale : 12000-18300
10. Assistant Professor General and Faculty Training Coordinator : 01 post, Pay Scale : 8000-13500
11. Assistant Professor Urban Development : 01 post, Pay Scale : 8000-13500
12. Principal, Divisional Training Centre, Rohtak : 01 post on deputation, Pay in their own scale
13. Director, Centre for Entrepreneurship Development : 01 post, Pay Scale : 16400-22400
14. Senior Consultant (Business Administration) : 01 post, Pay Scale : 12000-18300
